Co-working Seamless Steel Pipe Co., Ltd, is invested by COWRKING DEVELOPING GROUP, has started desiging and manufacturing Hot Rolled Seamless Steel Pipe in 2006, annual production capacity is 250,000t. Outside diameter range of pipes is from 140-273mm(5inch-10inch), and wall thickness range is from 6-40mm(SCH,STD,XS).

With Accu-Rolled seamless steel pipe production line,major manufacturing process includes:Taper Boring,Accu-Rolling and three roll mini tension reducing process.The above process assures exactly sizing,also keeps high quality on internal and external surfaces.

Equipped with online ultrasonic detection system eddy current detection system,magietic leakage detection system; also equipped with automatic length measuring,weighting,marking system;the advanced heat treatment production line, has imported patend product from Xian Heavy Machinery institute, a significant pipe manufacturing equipment producer,in China.And imported online Ultrasonic Detection system,from Unicom Company England,with multi-detecting capacity and covering the whole wall thickness testing for the pipe.Equipped with advanced manufacturing process,complete test and inspection systerm,strictly process control system has assured stable and high quality pipes being produced in our workshop.The pipes being designed and manufactured by our company have received API5L,API5CT,monogram certificates;ISO 9001 Quality Assurance cerfificate;ISO 14001 Enviroment Managment Cerificates,etc.
